Avoid long waits for urgent care. Find the quickest local option for minor illnesses and injuries with the free WaitLess app.
The WaitLess app helps people across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin find the quickest place to get treatment for minor illnesses and injuries by showing live waiting times, queue information and travel times for urgent care services.
It includes:
- Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs)
- Minor Injury Units (MIUs)
- Local pharmacies

How you can support:
Please help promote WaitLess through all patient-facing channels, including:
- Talking to patients about the app during interactions (use the frontline staff script provided)
- Displaying posters in waiting rooms and reception areas
- Using screen savers and playing the waiting room video on digital screens where available
- Adding WaitLess content to your website and/or intranet pages, linking to download information
- Including the suggested copy in your newsletters and bulletins
- Posting regularly on your social media channels using the provided assets and messages
- Uploading content to digital screens and public information points in your settings
- Sharing the toolkit with colleagues, partner organisations and community networks to extend reach
