Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (CAMHS STW) Mobilisation Toolkit
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (CAMHS STW) officially launched on 1 April, marking the beginning of an ambitious three‑year transformation programme to improve emotional wellbeing and mental health support for children, young people and their families.
This mobilisation toolkit has been created to support system communication teams and partner organisations to confidently share, promote and reinforce the key messages about the new service. Its purpose is to ensure consistent, clear and accessible communication across all organisations, helping our communities understand what CAMHS STW offers, what is changing, and how children, young people and families can access the right help at the right time.
CAMHS STW replaces and expands on the previous BeeU service, introducing a more joined‑up, equitable and responsive model of care. Over the next three years, CAMHS STW will focus on easier access, earlier support, stronger neurodevelopmental pathways, and reduced inequalities, especially for vulnerable groups.
We have developed a communications toolkit which includes the following resources:
- Newsletter copy (longer copy)
- Newsletter copy (shorter copy – 250 words)
- Website copy
- Social media copy
- Social media assets
By working together to deliver a shared, consistent narrative, we can collectively build awareness of the new service and support families, professionals and communities through this period of positive change.
Thank you for your support.
