This toolkit provides resources to help raise awareness of NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin new Healthier Together website. To make it as easy as possible, most of this you can just copy and paste and use it most without editing. It’s for use by partner organisations, charities, councils, members of the public, voluntary sector groups etc.
