Subject Access Request (SAR)

You have the right to apply to access any personal data that an organisation holds about you. You also have the right to give authorisation for someone else to make the application on your behalf. This type of request is known as a Subject Access Request or SAR.

How do I submit a Subject Access Request?

There is a minimum amount of data, that is required to process a Subject Access Request, which is detailed on the SAR Form.  Whilst it is not necessary to complete this form, please ensure that the data included within the form is provided to prevent delays in your request being processed.

If you are dissatisfied with the information provided or the way your request has been handled by us, you can complain in writing to:
