Events to shape the future of local palliative and end of life care

1 November 2022

Palliative and end of life care affects us all, at all ages – the living, the dying and the bereaved.

Come along to either our online or face-to-face session to join a conversation about palliative and end of life care and shape our local approach.

Ensuring that people get the right care is a priority for us in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. By listening to members of our communities and health and care staff, we have come up with a number of key recommendations to improve palliative and end of life care for our population.

The aim is to support people to live well for longer and, for those at the very end of their life, to die with dignity in a place of their choosing.

The events will be an opportunity for you to:

  • find out about our ambitions for palliative and end of life care
  • hear from people with specialist expertise
  • take part in a conversation about death and dying
  • and tell us how you think we should involve people in making our ambitions a reality.

Spaces are limited so hurry and book your place!
