Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Join Us for Our Annual General Meeting – NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board

NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 24 September 2025, from 1.00pm to 1.50pm.

The meeting will take place both in person at Meeting Room 1, Wellington Civic Offices, Larkin Way, Tan Bank, Wellington, TF1 1LX, and online via Microsoft Teams.

All members of the public, partners, and stakeholders are warmly invited to attend.

The AGM will be chaired by the Chair of NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board, and will include key contributions from our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Finance Officer, and staff members.  Our AGM forms part of the formal presentation of our Annual Report and Annual Accounts.

Attendees will hear:

  • Reflections on the year 2024/25 and priorities for the year ahead
  • Celebrations of achievements in community pharmacy and community engagement
  • Updates on financial performance and the publication of our annual accounts

There will be an opportunity to submit questions in advance or during the meeting.

To help us manage the session effectively, we encourage attendees to register in advance.

If you are wanting to attend in person, seating is limited due to space restrictions and, therefore, advance registration for seating is required. Please email the Board Secretary at stw.board@nhs.net by 12:00hrs Monday 22 September 2025, providing your name, organisation (if applicable), and contact telephone number. You will receive an acknowledgement of your email and confirmation that a seat has been allocated to you (allocation will be on a first come, first served basis, and we are unable to accept requests after the deadline quoted above).

Anyone arriving on the day without having reserved a seat in advance will only be able to gain access if all pre-registered seating has not been allocated – a space on the day without advance registration is not guaranteed.
