This year, we are asking every member of staff working in general practice (apart from GPs) to complete the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Primary Care Training Needs Analysis Survey. By completing this short survey, you will be helping the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Training Hub (STWTH) to facilitate targeted development opportunities for Practices and PCNs.

Providing us with just 5 minutes of your time, before the deadline date of Friday 26th January 2024 will help us to:

Plan tailored education, training and wellbeing opportunities for all Primary Care staff working in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin

Utilise our budget appropriately and maximise value for money

Help us to identify knowledge and skills gaps across all roles and support accordingly

Determine key training and development areas for staff that need to be prioritised in the STWTH Education Calendar for 2024/25
