NHS Continuing Healthcare

NHS Continuing Healthcare (often referred to as NHS CHC or just CHC) is a package of ongoing care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS specifically for individuals who have ongoing healthcare needs that have arisen as a result of disability, accident or illness.

NHS Continuing Healthcare is free. Our team will decide the appropriate package of support for eligible individuals.

Please click here for further information on Continuing Healthcare. The document explains more about the process used to determine whether someone is eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
