Looking after your mental wellbeing

Feeling connected, active and supported can have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. 

It's normal to feel worried, stressed, low or lonely from time to time. Help and support is available if you need it. 

Things that can help:

  • Staying active 
  • Spending time with other people 
  • Maintaining routines 
  • Talking about how you feel 
  • Taking time for activities you enjoy
