A Campaign Powered by People
In May 2025, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin’s Integrated Care System partners launched ‘Everyone Belongs Here’ on Cultural Diversity Day, a campaign designed to celebrate inclusion, equality and belonging across our health and care system.
What began as a message has grown into a wider campaign, thanks to the passion and leadership of colleagues who stepped forward to become advocates for belonging.
These individuals represent a wide range of roles, backgrounds and lived experiences. From frontline care to behind-the-scenes operations, they are united by a shared belief: that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and included in their workplace.
Behind the Campaign
Since the launch, a series of events and photoshoots have taken place across the county to capture the heart of the campaign. Through powerful imagery and personal messages, our advocates have shared what inclusion means to them and why it matters.
