Covid-19 Vaccination Walk-in Clinics

 

From Wednesday 1st October 2025, the Covid-19 autumn/winter vaccination campaign will begin across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

As part of this campaign, walk-in appointments will be available again. We understand how important it is to stay protected during the autumn/winter months.

The FREE COVID-19 Vaccine is available on the NHS for those at higher risk of severe illness, including:

  • Residents in a care home for older adults
  • All adults aged 75 years and over
  • Persons aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in tables 3 and 4 of the COVID-19 chapter of the Green Book (here).

This has changed from last year's criteria, which included adults aged 65 and over.

Please check back regularly or follow our official channels for the latest announcements about out COVID-19 walk-in clinics.

Please note, some of these clinics now offer a FLU vaccine for eligible patients aged 65+.
