COVID-19 Vaccination Walk-in Clinics

From Wednesday 1st October 2025, the Covid-19 autumn/winter vaccination campaign will begin across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

As part of this campaign, walk-in appointments will be available again. We understand how important it is to stay protected during the autumn/winter months.

The FREE COVID-19 Vaccine is available on the NHS for those at higher risk of severe illness, including:

Residents in a care home for older adults
All adults aged 75 years and over
Persons aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in tables 3 and 4 of the COVID-19 chapter of the Green Book (here).

This has changed from last year's criteria, which included adults aged 65 and over.
