This policy describes NHS Shropshire Telford and Wrekin’s (STW’s) approach to the management of strategic and operational risks across the statutory organisation and ICS led commissioning functions. It also references how risk arrangements within NHS STW’s will interface with other key parts of the system and with system partners.

This policy provides the organisation with the actions agreed necessary to ensure that Risk Stratification is undertaken in line with current legislation.
