Risk Management Strategy

The Risk Management Strategy establishes a framework for the effective and systematic management of risk to NHS STW. It will enable NHS STW to have a clear view of the risks affecting each area of its activity; it will allow clarity on how the risks are being managed, the likelihood of occurrence and their potential impact on the successful achievement of NHS STW objectives. Implementation of this Strategy is essential to the continuance of NHS STW achieving a robust risk management system throughout the organisation on which the quality of care to patients ultimately depends.
