Support for Autistic People and those with a Learning Disability: Implementing the new policy and guidance for the Dynamic Support Register and Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews
The management of the DSR and C(E)TR process forms part of the work undertaken by Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin’s Transforming Care Programme.
You are invited to a workshop on Wednesday 7 June (in-person or via MS Teams) to coproduce the implementation of the new guidance.
We are inviting the full range of partners who are important to its success in identifying those at most need of support and ensuring timely, proactive monitoring, intervention and support.
The following is a summary of themes to be discussed on the day with an indication of possible issues to resolve:
- Risk criteria for assessing and reviewing risk
- Those currently not known to services
- Self-referral processes
- Increased local visibility and understanding of the Dynamic Support Register
